I promoted my own show

Man, what a rush. It was up in Baltimore, all Baltimore and DC Hardcore Bands. Heaps of people came out, and I made a little money (which I divided amoungst the bands, of course). I think it helped that it was on Thursday, and a lot of people had off work on Friday for New Year's Eve.

My friend used to put shows together here in NYC. Its not easy. Thats cool.

I'm lucky that the Sidebar is such a cool place. Everybody wants to play there, so when one of the original bands wasn't able to play just days before the show, I had two bands to choose from as a replacement.

Reef has a good point. If you do another one, you ought to promote it on the board. Just remember to come to me or another one of the mods for "official" permission. :)
