WWE has done something I didn't think I would ever see. The character of Muhammad Hassan is supposed to be a heel, right?

But yet all the things that he are saying are really right and true.

Yet for some weird reason, backwards thinking people are booing and chanting USA at a man who is AMERICAN but of Arab background.

Yet for some weird reason, backwards thinking people are booing and chanting USA at a man who is AMERICAN but of Arab background.

For added weirdness, consider the fact that they're actually booing an Italian guy who used to be known as "Mark Magnus".

The WWE is already screwing up this angle (which, granted, isn't THAT hard to do given the subject matter). In two ways: a) by not having Hassan & Davari act simply like condescending true believers rather than the "I'm going to BEAT YOU TILL YOU CONVERT!!!" route they're going now, and b) making their first feud (no matter how long it lasts - a week, a month, etc) against two senior citizens - who aren't even active wrestlers.
