Are these things in? I have been noticing a lot of guys wearing them now instead of shoes with laces.

Are they in for the whole metrosexual look?

You can get them at Payless for about $20. They're comfy and perfect for work if you have a casual dress code.

None of my shoes for work have laces. Its business casual here. Some of my shoes have a square toe, Steve Madden makes good shoes for guys, a bit pricy but not outrageous.

with the economy the way it is and good paying jobs being scarce i guess people just need to buckle down...
