Anyhoo..

Once, i was givena single rose with all the wrapping and i had to carry it around everywhere for the entire time i was out. It was somewhat awkward and might as well have been a bouquet because there's nothing you can possibly do with it.

I suggest, if it's a single flower don't have them put any plastic wrapping on it, maybe a single piece of tissue paper and a ribbon.

Also, see if they can trim its size down, this way it's not ridiculously long.
