Presidential Election Campaign Fund

I always check "no" on my income tax form when it asks me if I want three dollars go to the Presidential Election Campaign Fund. I figure that money has to come from somewhere. If you're in some kind of grass-roots movement, I could see you needing the money. Something tells me that any Republican or Democratic nominee won't really miss that money.

I check "Yes" AND hand over any refund. Those negative campaign ads aren't cheap you know.
