I'm in, so long as ya fix the playoff format so that the top 2 teams from each division go to the playoffs. I made a nice comback at the end of the season there, to wind up in second and then to find out I did NOT make the playoffs. Was quite an annoyance.

I am def. in. I had a good time last season playing, and actually did pretty good considering my 3rd round pick was Giambi.

I hate the weekly leagues. I need the Daily updates. Actually last year I payed for the stat tracker. Its was only like 15 bucks for the season, which over the 162 was very worth it.

I am all for doing it in Yahoo again.

One suggestion, do not make the draft to early or else we wind up with Ricky Williams type situations.

1-2 weeks before opening day is fine. No need to be picking guys in mid Feb.

I hope Wadd plays.... he is great to be in the league with.

14 is fine...except for the draft. there are always a few no shows and the few who take the full time for each pick. the more you allow in, the more likely we will have more of these people. i say keep it 12, but have a few people on the side...then when you pick a draft day/time see who could make it and go from there. if you can't make the draft replace them with one of the subs who can. it sucks when the person who doesn't show gets a crap team and doesn't pay attention.

Let's try to keep it under control. Unlike the football league that swelled to 18 people & the talent pool was depleted by the second round, thus allowing you to literally ride one player through just about the whole year.

We know there'll be more than one R&F league (I think last year there were 4), so whoever wants in, keep signing up & we'll break it down accordingly. Two leagues of 10, or 12, whatever.

By the way, have we talked about when the draft will be? Are we going to draft in mid-to-late February again & have more than a month of trading before the first real game? I wasn't a big fan of that approach.

the later the draft, the better it is.

i'm always active and check my team daily, but why do some feel trades need to happen to keep a league interesting? last year in the yahoo league i think i made 2 or 3 trades and enjoyed the league alot(all trades sucked that i made, though the other guy really didn't get that much either). i don't feel you need to make 10-15 trades for it to be fun...not my fault i drafted a better team then the others. the trash talk is the fun part to me.

in the CBS league, which was kind of inactive, i felt like people were trying to force people to trade. yes it is cool to make a deal, but only if it makes sense to your team.

I need help with a trade...I know its before the season and anything can happen...etc...but

a friend of mine offered me Travis Hafner, Jeremy Bonderman, and either Ted Lilly or Greg Aquino for Bobby Abreu and Johnny Estrada...keep in mind theres 4 OF spots and 2 Util Spots on my roster, and players I can play in the OF besides Abreu are Chone Figgins, Manny, Aaron Rowand, JD Drew, Mark Kotsay, Randy Winn, Brad Wilkerson, and Ricard Hidalgo. On the other hand, if I get rid of Estrada, the best possible catchers are AJ Pyerzinsky (sp?) and Rod Barajas....

well if you look under the "Recent Transactions" it says draft order change from random to ordered, and if you go look under draft results, it has us all listed in there in order already, when normally yahoo doesnt reveal the draft order until 30 minutes before the draft when the draft room opens.

the season hasn't even started yet.&nbsp; how many moves do you expect at this point.&nbsp; i drafted the guys i have, because i think they will have good seasons.&nbsp; when the season starts and i notice a hole i need to fill, then maybe i will look to make a trade.&nbsp; give it some time.&nbsp; the draft was only last week.

Barmes is still unproven although very hot at the beginning of the season. If I was the owner of Barmes, I'd probably ask for more than Edmonds, see if I have any takers.</p>
