Does Dustin deserve an NWA World Title Reign?

He said his reasoning on arriving in TNA is to gain the title which his father proudly wore around his waist, the NWA World Title. Do you think he should have a title reign? Does he have to go back to a Goldust like gimmick? Should never?

but you KNOW he's going to eventually (or at least get a long term feud with the champ), since TNA is all about the "good ol' boys" (look at all the hicks that hold the belts now..I can name at least 3 people/teams that seserve the belt more than the people who hold it now)
