Ok... I need some serious help. There are two webhosts I use (quontic.com (http://www.quontic.com), 3rror.com (http://www.3rror.com)) and I cannot connect to either sites without proxying.
I started experiencing problems back in December. Basically, I was FTPing some files on quontic.com one night and it just booted me... I was never able to get back on since. Then, yesterday, the same thing happened to me with 3rror.com. Both these hosts are basically the same package wise... they both use cPanel. Not only can I not connect to the FTP server or the actual sites, I cannot connect to any hosted sites including my own (again, without the proxy).
I have tried everything. I've tried in both IE and Firefox, and reset the defaults in both browsers. Also, I've deleted cookies and temp files. I've searched for spyware using S&D and Ad-aware and I've searched for viruses. I've ipconfiged every which way with no luck. I've also contacted the hosts and asked if my IP was somehow blocked, and the response was no. All my pings to the hosts come back with 100% losses, so its not just the browsers. I've also reset my router and modem.
Now, the first thing I should've done was contact my ISP, but I dread being on hold for hours on end. I'm going to eventually contact them if the problem isnt solved. Anyone with any advice?
