My roommate from college now works with the border patrol down along the Texas/Mexico line, and I e-mailed him after I read this thread...he says these guys are going to just make any problems they have controling things down there even worse. Basically, as he put it, "a bunch of dipshits who've seen too many cowboy movies and think it would be swell to start up a posse."
