I know its like halfway throught the season already, but I haven't had any reason to write anything until the last couple of weeks.

Pittsburgh upsetting UCON and Syracuse in the same week to hopefully get back into the top 25 after some early upsets.

Clemson beating MD after MD beat Duke and Ga Tech. No doubt Maryland was tired, but we still kicked their asses and got whats probably going to be our biggest win of the season.

I have intently been watching this year and it is soooo apparent, moreso than ever, that the ACC is bar none the most talented league in college basketball. And, the best team will be on display tomorrow night (wednesday) as UNC plays Duke. I have been waiting all year for this game and its finally here. They will play again for the last game of the regular season and then possibly again in the ACC tournament. Its just getting started and UNC is as hot as can be right now. Unfortunately for me, everyone knows it this year. They are gonna be picked by almost everybody in pools so now I gotta rely on my other picks. (Wake Forest, Kentucky, and to be determined) I hope they are in different brackets.

Arguments against UNC-they lost to Santa Clara (1st game of the year w/o starting point guard, alot of young talent playing in thier first games ever...it is a thing of the past)

Illinois is slightly overrated...if anyone in the Big Ten was any good they would be ranked about 7-10 this year with a couple losses, but that league is weaker than it ever has been so they are undefeated and even beat Wake Forest so I can't knock them yet. But, they almost lost to Michigan tonight who stinks on ice.

as a MASSIVE Duke fan, don't be suprised if they don't make the final four this year...same with UNC, as talented as the ACC is this year, they are very vulnerable to upsets in my opinion.

and don't sleep on Louisville, a team that in my opinion is going to go very far.

Duke won't make the Final Four because they aren't any good....Theyve got two players, Redick(who can't play D) and Williams.

Thats it...That's the list....

They fattened their record up by playing poo-poo teams and the back half of the ACC...they haven't really beaten a good team yet other than maybe GT...and Michigan State doesn't count...

And we'll pummel em again Saturday....

From what I seen of NC...they are friggin scary....

If Duke doesn't lose by 50, Ill be surprised..they are going to get DEMOLISHED

I have been routing for villanova the past 3 years because a good friend of mine is playing for them.

After the near death experience they had with the plane crash, they have really been playing well.

They are ranked in the Top 25 for the first time in 8 years, and I think they can give ANY team a run for their money. I would not be suprised to see them advance as far as the sweet16 (depending on the match ups)

Go Aggies! If we got into the tournament you have no idea how happy I would be. Billy Gillespie deserves coach of the year dammit. To go from ZERO conference wins last year to 19-8, 8-8 in the conference. That's pretty damn good.

A&M Basketball is close to my heart since I worked with the team for 2 years trying to promote the sport and help with recruiting, etc. I'm so glad it's finally paying off.

The officiating has been TERRIBLE in the ACC all season...

the winning bucket UNC scored against us in the 2d game, Sean May set an illegal screen, he literally hooked his arm around a defender and gently moved him aside as Felton drove to the basket...not to mention how he mugged our guys all game...
