I am a firefighter in Little Ferry which is the next town over from Teterboro, we were the first engine to respond and I was on the first line in.

From what O&A were saying this morning, it was a private/corporate jet. Small enough that just a little ice on the wing could have kept it from taking off, therefore running through the fence at the end of the runway & onto Route 46.

wow I am suprised this was not posted earlier. I was in the hospital with my grandpa this morning at 8:45 and the news was full of coverage. The plane skidded across route 46 and slammed into a building, trapping a car inbetween the plane and a building. This was the last update I heard, so this information may or may not be true still. I know there was a fire

it's kind of a 'happy story' considering it's a plane crash and noone got killed although one person was in critical condition
