After trying to kill herself by crashing her car in Somerset County yesterday, a mother told police she killed her daughter. Police in Roselle Park found a 14-year-old girl slain in the woman's home.

I knew the girl who was killed. My friend was friends with her and she introduced me to her.

Her mom went into her room while she was sleeping and beat her to death with a hammer and a shovel.

What the fuck is wrong with this world? She was 14 years old. Younger then me. She had her whole life ahead of her, and now it's gone.

whenever i hear of a senseless killing the first thing i think of is 'mental illness'

there is something different in the brain between someone who makes a decision 'not to kill' and someone who can rationalize 'to kill'...

Don't be sorry for me. I'll get over this. I wasn't that close enough, just close enough to care.

Just say a prayer for her dad, who was fighting tog et custody of her when this took place. And also for her friends who are really hurting.

This is disturbing how sick people can be now a days killing there own kids because there life didnt pan out the way they wanted it too and then try take take themselves out. sicking she sould of just killed herself or just get help fuck.

good point! seems to be a spiteful act. it's like alot of guys who had a breakup with their girlfriends or fiances and they become unhappy and decide if they're unhappy then nobody is gonna be happy and kill the girl before killing himself...
