I was in a 3 car accident leaving the Nets game Saturday afternoon. I was at a light and got rear-ended (go ahead and joke you tools) by an SUV, and pushed into an 18 wheeler. Good times. Escaped with just a real bad concussion from slamming my seatbelt wearing head into the window.

Seatbelts suck. As do shitty SUV drivers, as do reeeeeealllly bad migraine headaches.

This is my first time signing on in a while, hope I didn't miss too much.

nah, I drove today and I probably shouldn't have. Drove up to the JV Mall which is about 30 minutes. I'm a driver, put 60000 miles on the truck in a little under a year. I do, however, drive like a grandma. 60 in the center or right lanes. You'd hate to be behind me.

absolute horse shit. i broke my tailbone, had an MRI, a CAT scan, x rays, you name it, i was in the hospital for 2 days, and medicated after for about a month. the total cost of that billed to me was my $500 deductable, and the total billed to my insurance was another 3500. thats a far cry from the 10 of thousands of dollars YOU said tool coulda gotten by faking a knee injury during an MRI.

10's of thousands for a knee injury found on a 1200 dollar test. yea you really got your facts down

I had something similar happen to me a few years ago, minus the 18 wheeler and the Nets game and any injury. I was on rte 110 in Huntington and the guy two cars in front of me stopped short. The guy in front of me also stopped short as did I. There wasn't a problem until I looked in my rear view mirror and saw the car behind me coming real fast. With that I tried very quickly to get out of the lane, though not fast enough and the car slammed into mine. This pushed my car into the one in front of me and gave my Jeep a nice dent on the front side.

Cowbell, I appreciate the ideas, but I'm an honest guy, not a moneycrazed cocksucker. I make enough money to feel that what I don't earn isn't mine. If the person that hit me was hammered, or negligent and I fucked up my back, hell yeah I'd sue. It was an accident. By the nature of the word it was unintentional.

Oh, and cowbell, Snoogans is more than qualified to respond on this issue. Sure, maybe his spelling skills aren't the greatest, but last I checked, spelling wasn't fucking graded out on a message board.
