When do they tell you what it is? I have never hear it until someone already wins for the day!!! When do they tell the audience what it is!?

To echo what Mikey said, it's right as D&M are fading out, and before the first set of commercials. It's a pre-recorded spot with Ron and Fez announcing what the word is, and who will say it.
