Create a logo. Need help.

Any Buddays out there know how to create a simple logo?

My wife needs a logo for her an affiliate pitch meeting (and her autosig).

The logo needs to display the following info:

TAYLOR AND TUCKER
104.5
CHUM FM

(TAYLOR & TUCKER is also acceptable)

She is completing the deal to do a gossip & gab, hollywood headline, girl-talk radio show so, feel free to make the font & the design very feminine.

We would really appreciate it.
