holy shit, I read the title and thought "I wonder if that was in Colorado" and it was.

My Grandma lives in Colorado, and once we went to this stupid ass place called Cripple Creek in the Rocky Mountains. Well as you drive up the mountain, they have basically a one lane road with no guardrail and a huge drop off at the side. I was driving and had to get out of the car and lay down in the back because I was terrified to keep driving. There were even remains of crashed cars at the bottom of the ravines. Amazing that they made it.
