Dont forget you can blindfold these people with dental floss, maybe that is what they were scared of.

I know in Okinawa that when the police begin to pursue you they are not allowed to go over 70KPH so all ya have to do is hit the pedal and the bastards break off the chase. It is fucking hilarious to see.
