Opening Day in Bronx (http://www.stubhub.com/?event_id=130052)

Hand out the rings at Fenway (http://www.stubhub.com/?event_id=126027)

Yanks/Mets in the Bronx (http://www.stubhub.com/?event_id=129985)

Yanks/Mets at Shea (http://www.stubhub.com/?event_id=126925)

Check out what front row seats go for $2400+ in the Bronx,
$4200+ in Fenway

Front row Mets/Yanks at Shea $800+
$1400+ VIP suite
Front row in the Bronx $900+

That's EACH. Per person. For a regular season game.

Also proves what Yankee fans have known for years, The Red Sox fans are completely insane.

To be fair, the $4200 dollar tickets for Fenway are behind home plate and the $2400 tickets in the Bronx are in left field. Also, take into account that Fenway is a better park and it will be during the ring ceremony, a historical event, especially considering the away team for that game.

Fenway is the smallest ballpark in the majors so naturally ticket prices are higher.

Jon, tell me you are kidding. id pay 4200 dollars for a yanks vs red sox ticket long before id pay 2500dollars a ticket to sit courtside for a knicks game. its called supply and demand. the ticket prices wouldnt be that high if people didnt pay it.

is 4200 dollars that stupid for a ticket, no one says its that stupid when people pay 225,000 for a car, or 100K for a fuckin necklace. they say thats someone who has the money doin what he wants. guess what, if i had 4200 dollars that i could afford to spend, id buy it too. I dont, so im not one of the retards who sells his car or refinances his house and shit for a ticket. thats a retard, but could i comfortably do it, i wouldnt care

I love how people are acting like they never saw insane ticket prices. shit people would pay 2000 bucks outside the garden for a 30TH ROW seat during regular season games against the bulls, cause of jordan. its not like this just started

Not always. Yanks had a game last year (vs Blue Jays?) they didn't bother to make up. They'd rather have a day off, rest everybody heading into the playoffs.

Like no one in New York freakishly overpays for things. Face it. Some rich people excessively overpay for things because they can, and some non-rich people overpay because they are retarded. This is hardly a Red Sox thing.

I'm not kidding. Unless you are rich, there's no reason to spend that much on any sporting event. I've seen Yanks/Sox play innumerable times and never paid that much. I may even see them this season, but I damn sure won't be breaking the bank to see any game.

2002 wasn't a choke. The Angels were on fire for 3 months straight, and the Yanks were out of gas. They lost to a better team that year, the eventual WS Champs.
2004, they definitely choked against the Sox.
But not 2002.

Also, while I wouldn't call the 2003 world series a major choke, it's still a choke when a 180 million dollar eam loses to a 50 million dollar team. 2004 wasn't just a choke, but

The Sox (originally the "Americans") won they're first five titles between 1903 and 1918.

We only Let the Redsox win so You stop using that Bullshit curse excuse. So now when you lose. You will have lost beacuse you suck.

I'd like to thank YOU, a member of the New York Yankee organization and/or a player on the team, for this most generous and thoughtful gift.

In return we Red Sox fans will no longer FORCE Yankee fans to have to taunt us with "Bullshit curse excuse"-related chants such as "1918", etc.

We did it to make fun. You actually took it seriously.

Big Thanx to Fallon.

Jimmy Fallon kissing Drew Barrymore -- on the field, on live TV -- right after the Red Sox won their first World Series in 86 years. In fact, they were shown in a closeup within 60 seconds of the final out. And every Red Sox fan is determined to pretend that this never happened, and that it didn't taint the moment even a little bit ... so it wasn't a huge deal.</center>

No, no that just doesn't work. Doesn't work at all.

We need some new torture material. I'm sure this season will provide it.
