Bret didn't get screwed out of Jack shit. After WCW was low enough to have medusa trash the wemons title on Nitro. Vince could not take the chance on the WWE belt being trashed. It had to be done. Vince could not risk it. If they would of trashed the WWE Belt. It would have lost all its value. And it would of been a major blow to the War. I do not fault Vince at all. In fact Vince has trusted many wrestlers and has gotten screwed because he took their word for it. You can not risk your Top prize being de faced on national TV. Bret Needs to grow the fuck up and stop his bitch ass whining along with the Cananada fans.

Bret's complaint (at the time) was that he didn't want to lose in Montreal. He offerred to do one additional show at Raw the next night at no charge to Vince (his contract was up at SS) to drop the belt.

Even then, Bret could go on Nitro, AS the WWF champ, and still in essense trash the title.
