I think besides The two title matches. This has been the worst promoted WM ever. I remember the good ol days of heavy promotions where People would actually have face to face encounters. Can we have Undertaker actually show up on raw? Angle Vs HBK has been promoted ok but still even they don't interact with another in the same ring.
