It seems as if a lot of closers have their own theme songs now, like the batters do when they come up to the plate. I know Foulke comes out to "Mother" by Danzig and Rivera comes out to "Enter Sandman" and et cetera...

So if you were a closer, and as soon as they flung those big giant outfield wall doors open, what would you want them to be playing over the loudspeakers?

I would go with either "Moutain Song" by Jane's Addiction, "The Fireman" by George Strait, or just to be a goofball, "The Happy Organ" by Dave "Baby" Cortez

One of the fun things about Major League Baseball is the "entertainment" factor of the stadium. One of my favorite things is the music that closers use to enter the game in the 9th. Mariano Rivera uses "Enter Sandman", Trevor Hoffman uses "Hells Bells" and in his prime Eric Gagne used "Welcome to the Jungle". All are heavy rock tunes that are designed to pump up the crowd and to appeal to the pitcher's inner-jarhead for that 9th inning.

So let's say that you were a 9th inning closer with a mid-upper 90's fastball, what tune would you use to pump up the crowd....and yourself?
