In my opinion this has nothing to do with steroids. The media tried to bring to light all the things Bonds has done to hurt the game, only Bonds never really gave a shit. He didn't care about all the steroids talk and neither did his family because Barry was the guy who had to deal with it.

The media has finally, however, found a way to genuinely hurt Bonds. The recent focus on his mistress and her allegations in my opinion have probably taken a toll on his family and now Bonds cares about what people are saying, and it may finally push him out of the game.

It isn't just the potential of perjury. The IRS is also now after Bonds. He apparantly bought this mistress an 80,000 home with card show money he never bothered to claim. So basically not only does all of baseball want to see this guy fall, so does the government and the IRS.

I just had a Yahoo Plus league draft & the applet was all banged up
I had problems with the applet the other night. The players list didn't load so I couldn't draft anyone nor could I see who anyone else was drafting. I had to put it on auto pilot and let Yahoo do the work. I've got another draft tonight. We'll see how it goes.

As for Barry Bonds, I could care less if he plays another game. He's put up plenty of numbers to make it into the Hall of Fame (if he doesn't get banned for some reason) and no one is going to deny that he is/was one of the most, if not the most, dominant player of his time.

Besides, no matter what Barry Bonds does, Willie Mays will always be the greatest all around player of all time.
