That's just poor planning. He got too much forward momentum. He should have just stepped off of the scaffold.

And Mick was the original (at least by US standards), and everyone else is trying to be the next Mick Foley. The only problem with that is you're still just the next mick Foley, and just considered an immitation.

This was the infamous "vic grames is almost killed be New Jack" scaffolding match form XPW. I think Rob Black (who owned the fed) got in a LOT of trouble with the state athletic comission due to this (amoung other things)
