Most fun board/show events?

A little stroll down memory lane, especially for the NY [former] listening area

There's been a variety of different ones: Holiday parties, bar crawls, night of fights, Rock and Ribs, karoke, etc...

Which ones did you make and have the most fun at? I really enjoyed the first Dave & Busters Holiday Party in 2002. Lot's of people and it was cool getting to meet some new people at this shindig. Night of Frights was cool, too, although I wound up in (not alcohol-induced) pain later that night.

1) Night of Frights 2002.
2) Rock and Ribs
3) Halloween Bar Crawl 2001


Bar nine nights were fun too. Of course, the event I had the least amount of fun at was BANOF2, but I guess the saving grace there was Lisa Croft letting me stare directly down her cleavage post-fight for a good 20 seconds.

Ahhhh, memories.

Considering I was scared shitless at the few board events I went to (that's why I don't show up much) I always enjoyed my nights in studip when it was just me alone, sketching and throwing my two cents in here and there. I tend to be quite the loner and am usually more comfortable in a small crowd. Big crowds usually freak me the hell out.

Like Bobby P the softball games I have enjoyed but the VERY FIRST ONE (remember that one kids?) was a blast. Everyone made it. I met so many people there. That gathering made me love the friends I made even more.
Shit...I think we must have had like 40-50 people show up at least.

Ron and Fez's return to NYC at the Hard Rock was very fun also!

Battle of the Bands was a great night too. I still cannot believe that Dave Grohl was turned away at the door because he did not have a ticket.

My first gathering! Oh man that was eventful. I will definately never forget that.

The 2002 x-mas party was awsome.

The Hard Rock "going away" party was also a night I will never forget, and never remeber all at the same time.

Great friends, great drinks, great times. I miss them.

rock n ribs...got thrown out and ended up making my friends leave early with me since i was staying at one of their apartments....i dont know if id call it fun BUT puking on rats, waking up the next day with eyes with vessels popped and my skin with vessels popped was not too fun...also waking up next to a bottle of baby lotion and a box of Kleenex also made me wonder (along with the OTHER drunk person i passed out with) about SED friend who's apartment i was in.......

the first softball game i went to was awkward... but as i was going to leave to go back to PA anthony (AG) introduced his drunkass to me and introduced me to a bunch of YOUSE GUYS..lol
