I think so, I checked my post above at work which I had used a different font on and it did not show up. It only showed in plain arial font.

it says to 'insert quote frame' and when you click on it it puts a 'quote box' on the screen made up of the blue dotted line. But when i paste a quote into the box the box disappears

hey! i just figured it out. you have to double'click on the box once it's open and then it allows you to paste or write in it
