A West Virginia man has been charged with killing his family's dog with two pickaxes.
Police say the dog's name -- Felony -- reminded him he had recently been charged with a felony.
Watkins' brother showed deputies a sign over the dog's fresh grave in the yard that said ... quote ... "Don't Kill No More Dogs."</FIELDSET>

if its dead and bleeding...it must be a dogs ass
his lawyer said the charges are far fetch-ed and they won't stick
the man was charged with pet-rocide
the man will probably be 'let out' in about 5 years
