2 serious computer questions

<P>OK, I got 2 questions I'll try to explain, but I"m so pissed about it it may not come out right...</P>
<P>1. I run&nbsp;my antivirus program/spyware killing programs and I keep getting these two things coming up:</P>
<P>C:windowshosts</P>
<P>C:\_restorefs5460.cab</P>
<P>how do I get these things off my damn computer????!!!!!!</P>
<P>2. when I start my computer, and I lo at the "Close Program" window (ctrl + alt + del), "explorer" doesn't show up, but "rundll32" is there instead?&nbsp; anyone know how this happened and know how to fix it? and is it related to my first question</P>

head over to this (http://antivirus.about.com/b/a/147114.htm) page to read about the hosts file (don't just delete it!)

Also try Hijack This (http://www.download.com/3000-8022-10227353.html), it will help you identify and remove stuff that shouldn't be there.

Use (and update) Spybot Search & Destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/). It doesn't find everything, but it will help you locate stuff and find problems.
Adaware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) is good, but it tends to try to cancel out Spybot (which I think is better).

Follow Ginny's advice first, if it still don't work then give Microsoft's AntiSpyware (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=321cd7a2-6a57-4c57-a8bd-dbf62eda9671&amp;displaylang=en) a shot. It's surprisingly good and free.

<P>Thanks guys for all the help.&nbsp; I have Spybot and Adaware, used them and it didn't help, but then again I didn't really mess with the settings of either, so hopefully this will solve the problem.</P>
<P>it's stuff like this that makes me wonder why I didnt' take that a+ class when I had the chance,&nbsp;I wouldn't have to bother you guys!!!</P>
