From the FAQ:
 Signature pictures should be no larger than 300 x 100 pixels and 40 kb.
 The biggest problem we've had lately concerning violation of the
rules has been that some people have animated sigs that exceed the 40kb
limit. For those of you with animated sigs, please check the size and
modify or get rid of sigs over 40kb. The mods will be checking, and
anybody who has a sig over the limits will be notified by the mods.

With all the swank new additions being added the board recently, can a
Sig be a Flash Movie or SWF file? I know Jeff has it in him to be able
to let little Flash Movies run in the script. I could do some REALLY
cool animations then.
