If there is already a thread about this go ahead and lock me, I haven't found one so here goes...
Is anyone else going to be really depressed when J Dubbs leaves?  I love Dubbs, I think he really adds to the show and is awesome behind the scenes and on the mic.  I'm going to miss the Hideout and Hefe too, but also you can really tell that R & F really love Dubbs and are sad to see him go.  Sigh.  I hope he comes back in some form at some point down the road.  Ok, that's all.  Good luck Dubbs!

I still remember his first show right when R&F were going to DC and he talked about how he used to get in trouble for batching in his sisters room and marking his territory. I thought he was hysterical then, and he only got better as he became more comfortable. 
 
I will def. miss his presence on the show. His little comments really made me crack up. I wish him and Jeffe all the best.

I was thinking about this a few weeks ago.  From my recollection, J Dubs is the only member of the staff that really hasn't been attacked by the listeners of the show, either on messeage boards or on the air.  Even when El Jefe was in the barrel because he took over as producer when the NY crew was swept out, Dubs got almost none of the focus of the attack.  He's the teflon producer.  
He also does a great job behind the scenes as producer and has a great sense of when to jump in when working 3rd mic.  He will definitely be missed.

Great list MB! Although you forgot about Clem! 
I'm really going to miss Dubs, and not just because he said on The Hideout that I'm the only listener he likes (haha). He really seemed to make their lives easier there. When Wonderboy left, he not only stepped up, along with Tommy, but he exceeded in his job. He knew how to run with a bit, what to bring to the table, when to pick up on ques and when to step back. Even recently with the story of his hatred of his niece was hysterical. 
He was also excellent on his show, and others - his appearance with Fez on Don and Mike earlier in the year was very silly, and funny, with Dubs as the scene stealer.
One of my favorite Hideout moments was about a week before they got yanked from being on nightly when they called up Dub's drunken mother as she was getting ready to get it on with her husband. Really going to miss that show too.

Dubs was a great addition to the show.  He seems to have an uncanny amount of things in common with Ron and really stepped for the show.  I think that is where Jefe tumbled.  He was more of a company guy and the listeners hated it. (Sounds like Giant Brian).  Dubs was a great 3rd mic and made great contrbutions to the show (getting shot with paint balls amoung others).  I know he has to go do his thing with Jefe, but I would almost like to see him stay with Ron & Fez.  Good luck Dubs, you are so lucky to have gotten to work so closely with 2 of the best guys in radio!

Dubbs always has the perfect little background comment to make Ron and Fez just that much funnier.
It sucks you really get to like someone (producers, interns etc) and then they're gone!

Dubs has easily been one of the very best staff/cast members on the show in the 5 years I've been listening.  Him leaving is a huge loss to the show, both on and off the air, and I wish him all the best.  He made some goddamn great radio...

JDubs is a great guy and and important part of the Ron and Fez Show and he will be missed by me..........and I will look forward to seeing him and ELHef at there new gig.
Remember....Hypnotists put it DEEP in your subconcious...

Dubs is amazing because he was able to be a major part of two great shows at once. I'm just glad we'll still be able to hear him and El Jefe again, soon.

was in orlando last week for work and heard the show.  had never heard them before but knew j-dubs from r&f...  dont know how many listeners they have.. those who were calling in were kinda few and far between...
