Just had to say how amazing of a time I had. The opening bands weren't much to my liking, but the Misfits were great. It was like a punk rock wet dream. Misfits, Ramones songs, a Black Flag song. Three bands I like and it was just wow.

So, were there any concerts you've been too that were awesome and really memorable?

Did they play any good Misfits songs or are they forced to play the stuff from after Danzig left?

Wait, wait.

This is the current line-up of The Misfits, correct? I know that Jerry Only (I think it was) got the band back together with a fat guy doing Danzig's part and a few other hacks and they did the old songs and charged full price. Dez Cadena and Marky Ramone still with them? Just seems odd still waving the Misfits Flag with only Only as the original member and taking all the lil' punkers money.

I'm glad I have my Misfits Bootleg Video from 1981 and was able to see the Ramones once. Black Flag, well, meh.

Man am I old and bitter.

Last few shows I have been to have been reliving some of my hardcore and punk past. Some of the future too. 7Seconds, H2O, Rise Against, Bane, Comback Kid and Champion all this year so far.

I am currently working on trying to piece together my show history dating back to my first show in (GASP!) 1988. That one was M.O.D. and Laaz Rockit. I still remember it vividly. I have about half of my stubs to the shows which I have all framed. The rest of the shows will come from memory and pretty much just going down my list of CD's and Records and checking off who I have seen. Then going from there trying to find show logs for venues and band touring histories. Anyone know off hand if there is a webiste with that information so I could save myself some time?

Wadd, they played old stuff. I was really happy with the selection of songs they played.

I love how when you go to that show it's about having fun. It's not trying to sell you anything or get you to believe something. It's just to have a good time. That's what music should be about.
