How Do You Get Screenshots from Streaming Video?

Can't seem to figure it out.  Is it possible?  And will this become another one of my useless threads?

If you hit the Pring Screen button, to the right of the F12 key, and open up Word and right click on the page and choose Paste, you'll have a Screen Shot.&nbsp; Thats if you want to use it in a document..

<P>When I hit the Print screen, the copy shows a blank screen in the video.&nbsp; Which is why I was having problems making screenshots of it.&nbsp; I used a flash version of the video instead to get the screenshot though.</P><BR>
<P>EDIT:&nbsp; Nevermind.&nbsp; Figured it out.<BR><BR></P>
