http://www.onnnews.com/Global/story.asp?S=3189086&nav=Ls19Lsgn

The restaurant chain Buca di Beppo is debating brining back it's "Pope Room", a large party room in where a table is decorated with a bust of Pope John Paul II. The busts were returned to the corporate headquarters when JP2 died last week. However, some customers have requested the return of the busts.

(What's not mentioned is that each Buca location also has a shrine to Frank Sinatra, where a framed picture is in an inset in the wall, with lights and candles... I could see the same happening for the Pope)

Has anyone ever gone to Buca? I've been to their Chandler, AZ location, it's kind of like a cross between Fridays and the Olive Garden. The food quality is killer too. I've always enjoyed my meals there. I think the best part of the experience is how they take you through the kitchen, Goodfellas style.

Plus they serve a chilled red house wine. Delicious. It was the only time I got drunk drinking wine, it was so good.
