Black People + Odd Footwear

<p>Ever notice that blacks tend to wear odd footwear?<br />I saw this guy yesterday that had on what appeared to be black leather socks(??) <u>and</u> Teva sandals.<br />Between the Timberlands with the tag still on them to strange sneakers with curious lacing, I just find it a little weird.</p>
