No offense to the wrestling fan, but how the fuck can so many here be into this boring repetitive shit?  I guess this is the white trash male's equivalent to soap operas?  Because of the interest here on the board I gave it a shot and wasted some of my life.  It's all scripted bullshit.  I just don't get it.

Ehh its not for everybody Highlights. You either like it or you hate it. We know its fake we know its scripted but there are times when something happens a match thats great or a segment that can make it worth it. And they are also the best damn athletes in the world. No one can do what they do, You just caught it at a really down point right now. At this point it really blows ass.

I usually never try to persuade anyone's opinion about wrestling because, like Kevin said, you either like it or hate it.&nbsp; But, in defense of wrestling's past, this is an AWFUL time to try to get into it.&nbsp; The storylines are horrid, the athletes they have chosen to highlight recently aren't worth their effort, the company is a mess.

the 80's, there was a PPV where NFL athletes and WWF wrestlers mixed it
up in a battle royale.&nbsp; I believe it was about 8-10 of each, and
the match was 30-60 minutes.&nbsp; (yeah, my memory blows)&nbsp; As the
match went on, you could just see the NFL guys just getting winded and
worn out as the WWF guys kept up their energy throughout the entire
match.&nbsp; Only one football player was able to keep up the entire
time - and was offerred a contract by Vince, which was declined.&nbsp;</p>

certain moves, like a normal punch, there is quite a bit of actual
contact in wrestling as well.&nbsp; There are just as many injuries in
the wrestling profession as football, but wrestlers don't get an
off-season to heal.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><font size="1" face="verdana" color="black"> failed to make it in their first sport (usually football)</font> </p><p>Obviously,
there are some wrestlers who are failed football players, but they
really are the minority.&nbsp; Most of the guys are there because they
grew up on wrestling, they love wrestling, and wrestling really is what
