<p>At the very top of the show Ron asked Brian if he wanted to make his
big announcement - he said sure. Turns out, Fez didn't even have a clue
- he found out when the listeners did. They had a lot of fun
talking about the fact that they can't hold onto producers; that the
last three that have left in the last year have gone on to get their
own shows; that Dubs was the first to get off "the Titantic." There
were several other comments too, more related to the speculation thread
than here, but it was pretty funny.</p><p>One of the funniest stories
Brian told was of having to tell Cameron Gray, the male secretary as
well as "the runaway bride." It's the classic fantasy every employee
wants to find himself in: Brian was in the middle of getting his ass
chewed out for an on-air spot that didn't run the way it should; when
Cameron was done, GB asked if he had a moment - Cameron sighed an
annoyed sounding "yeah" - and then Brian gave his two weeks notice.</p><p>This
is actually a really good move for Brian, from the sound of it. Odds
are it's more money, it's less of the producer stuff he hates, more
interaction, and (regardless of what went down with Stern) Debella is a
legend in the business. GB really seems motivated, and I would not be
surprised to see his next step after Debella be back towards
television </p><p>So, they haven't even replaced Dubs, and now
they are down one big Giant. And there is no Corolla or Tommy Bateman
around to step in and help out. Yikes! As Brian suggested, the only one
left to help run the board is Cameron!!<br />
</p><p>Hell - "The Hideout" has more paid support right now than "Ron and Fez" - Bateman, Corolla AND Tuttle! </p><p>They
have Keisha and Bitz in house, and while they do know a lot of things
(nd they both are equally good on the show), there is a ton of random
stuff GB does that (while I'm sure they could do), I don't know if they
have been around long enough for managment to know their work; I was
kind of pulling for Cigar Sid/Fat Baby to come back and segue in - what
a mess! haha! Of course, if they get a move to satellite, a lot of that
might change. <br />
