Without a doubt, the best show on TV today. Hell, it's the best thing TV has seen in a very long time.

Glenn Close worried me when I first heard she was joining the cast, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. She fits right in with this show and has been impressive.

It got more gritty this year. I got hooked on The Shield last year during the whole money traing thing. I wasn't a big Glen Close fan but she's pretty damn good. It's the only show I can watch regularly. My wife's hooked too.

It was Glenn Close. She was nice about it. Later I read that the dog attacked Keith Richards in a hotel lobby. I'm surprised he didn't anticipate that.

I also really liked the fact that Kavanaugh is so bound to the law that he crumpled up the evidence when he realized the lawyer was in the room. Probably felt Lem would have eventually ratted them all out and had to silence him.

I have a question now. Where Shane and Lem met up and he eventually killed him, wasn't that the spot where Lem was going to be "shipped out" to Mexico? If so, wouldn't Vic and Ronnie find it strange that Lem happened to find that place on his own?

This past season was the first season of The Shield I ever watched, and was on
Vic's side the entire time. He was rough with criminals, but overall an OK guy. Now
SpikeTV is rerunning the first season and I just started watching that. The first
two shows Vic is such a PRICK! What a contrast! Did he get progressively nicer
over the last 4 seasons or what happened? I couldn't believe the difference.

Damn what a twist on Shane. Looks like Lem wasn't offered a way out anyway. And Kavanaugh is about to pop. Sneaky bastard. With all the stuff going on between them, you'd think he and Mackey would move to new apartments!
Some great lines too. I loved Aceveda's "I'm just the face of the decision" line when he was leaving the bathroom after Vic confronted him.
But hands down the best was Dutch's "You've got to be shitting me!" And did I see that scene right? It look like a dozen bodies in one room, all chopped up?
This season is going to be great!

Awesome show last night. In the last scene, is Kavanaugh framing Vic?
Was Shane getting ready to off himself when he was sitting in the car crying. I got that feeling. Then he does the dousing with gasoline thing.
Shane looked good with that chick beside the shed...

Yes, Kavanaugh was setting up Vic so it looked like he knew where Lem was going to be and passed off information to the El Salvadorians.
And yes, Shane totally has a death wish now. He's overcome with guilt. I bet the last show of this season has him confessing to Vic.

It was great last night. I'll agree shane has a little bit of a death wish pouring gas all over himself and telling the guy he can light him on fire. Every year it takes so long for the new season and as soon as it comes back on they immediately pull me back in. The show does a great job with mixing a lot of the peripheral stories in and keeping it interesting, and i always find myself looking up at 10:52 every episode and saying shit its the last break. I love shane, he's always been the craziest character since the beginning. Like when him and his wife beat the shit out of that black guy that joined the strike team. Last night he was nailing that underage black girl.
One question, has it been established that vic is the father of Sofer's baby. I know its always been implied, but they made it sound like it when corrine went over to her house and said her baby was going to be autistic.
PapaBear

Shane was definitely about to off himself in the car.
BTW.. I think they made a small mistake. When Shane came to the hospital to see Vic, he said he still smelled like diesel. If I'm not mistaken, you can't light diesel fuel with a lighter.

No, it hasn't been said that Vic's the dad, I just think Sofer doesn't like Mrs. Mackey so she wouldn't give her the pleasure of actually knowing if it is his or not.

I agree will all you guys. The Shield gets right backinto the action unlike Sopranos who treads water for a few weeks before they give up some juice. I hope Im wrong about the Sopranos this season.
Heres what I took away from last night.
Danni never denied that it wasnt Vics baby when she was having the pissing match with Corrine.
Dutch is a dork but maybe the coolest dork we've ever known. He is so on to Cavanaugh. Best line was after he asked Cavanaugh where he finally met that little spanish CI.."Hey , no harm no foul"..he's good..real good...
Shane absolutley is looking to die! He is a GREAT character onthe show!
Cavanaugh did a horseshit job of setting up Vic. They will see right thru the fact that he wouldnt cirlcle the map, leave the matches in the cup, and put the money in a book..To easy, especially for Dutch and Claudette. They know Vic is a douchebag, but a smart and loyal douchebag.
Can one of you folks explain what was going on with all those dead bodies, I was kinda lost there?
Acevedo is a dick plain and simple. A coward who flips on everyone. Selfish self promoting D sipper.
That little black hottie that Shane was pumping att he end was so HOTTTTTTT! Even with his head in the clouds, Shane never forgets to tap dat azzzzz..lol
Vic has got to keep it together. The scene between him and Cavanaugh was good. Two GREAT ACTORS!

Great episode no doubt, but I thought this Kavanaugh stuff would play out a bit longer. After all the shit he put Vic thorough, to then plant evidence and then confess a day later seemed a bit too quick. I guess they wanted to show him going out with whatever integrity he has left rather than have him caught and taken down.
At least he's gone though. Never liked the character or the storyline and just wanted the show to get back to what drew us in in the first place. Vic and his team doing what they do best.

Shane is awesome too, just great acting , especially early on in this season. Everyone is stepping up. I always prepare for a let down episode but it never happens. Ronnie Gardocki even shined in this episode! The Dutchman is brilliant as always, but the scene stealer of the evening for me was Steve Billings making a tackle as the biker dudes were being arrested. Seeing him gloat and show everyone back at the Barn how he took the dude down was hysterical!

Damn right. The Vic Mackey chain test. No one passes.
Dutchman and Billings were great together and yea, when he tackled that guy was hilarious. However, in dramas.... someone that confident usually ends up getting killed, so I think Billing's time on the show is numbered.
Dutchman clever as usual, but it looks like he's setting himself up for some big time falls - one, investigating Rolando's girlfriend, who could i.d. the Strike Team and the whole phony kidnapping plot. Two, the hot latino cop (I forget her name) and that whole "Is this a date?" scene was a little uncomfortable because it seems she was liking Ronnie after that bust. Ronnie ever gave her a little touch on the back when leaving the station. It's about time Ronnie got some action!! But poor Dutch, he'll never go there.

He was trying to save this ex-gangmember, vantes, I think. The guy tried to quit the 1-9ers, and they came after him. He died as they were rushing him to the hospital. Then vic flipped out. It seemed like it had a lot to do with lem, and all that jazz.

Not really, when you think about how Vic had his slate wiped clean with Kavanaugh going down. He wants to keep his job and hearing that tribunal could keep him on is the only thing he has to hold on too. A few years ago, he probably would have gotten some dirt on one of the tribunal's members to say the vote in his favor. But with Lem dead and his replacement working with him, he needs to walk the line. For now.
And Shane is losing it big time. I don't know much longer he will last.
Same with Billings, who once again was hilarious, but I see his cockiness getting him shot.

That does bring up an interesting angle, what a odd storyline that could go into.
When vic did trash the hospital he was ranting about the dream. I wasn't really paying attention to what corrine said at the beginning. Something about lem not falling down or going up instead going sideways. Can anyone explain that and why it made Vic flip out so bad at the end?

Furtherman, Whistle P and the rest of you guys rock! Thanks for being as insanely into this as I am..
I agree about Billings, he has Dutch pegged and it annoys the piss out of the Dutchman!
I also thought that the new guy Kevin Hiatt slipped right in nicely. I liked how he gave props to Vic on his strategies and that he is always thinking three moves ahead. Fuck that douche Claudette. Shes no better than the rest of the filthy animals on the show. She lies and manipulates people all the time. Id love to see her catch a bullet. They should bring Monica Rawling back in the fold (Glenn Close).
Some of the best lines of the night were...
Vic telling Hiatt, if I teach you all of my tricks on the first day, what will do tomorrow?
Hiatt asking Claudette if he just got a time out.

Since this was originally supposed to be the final season, I think they were going to kill off Shane (either by suicide or by Vic) and have Vic forced into retirement (and maybe be a changed man and reconcile with his wife).
But now that Shawn Ryan agreed to do another season, it will be interesting to see how they're going to prolong this.

More money from Furtherman, the make-up was sickly grotesque! Hard to look at that closed eye! Billings and Dutch are almost stealing the show in my opinion. Who would have thought Billings is holding his own and working so well with the Dutchman. I liked how disgusted he was with that filthy animal at the end, remember, he has a teenage girl hiimself. Good to see that kind of raw anger and emotion from the Buffoonish Steve Billings.
Moses continues to become one of my fave characters each week with his street cred and street lingo. "Im rockin this pimp stick cuz Im cool like that"..had me rollin again. Tilly is, ummm how would you say...FUCKIN HOT, I cant even blame Shane for that...Vic had a good one when he said to shane...You might wanna raise the Mistress Bar a little"
Great episode again..Walter Goggins is a really good actor. Marisa is on my last nerve each time she comes onthe screen so she must be doing a good job too.
Kevin Hiatt is playing nice with Vic..is it true respect or is it him settin him up for the big fall? I think its respect and I hope to see he and Vic work together to get Wymes out of control of the barn. Hiatt had another good line telling Vic that "Wymes wants me to keep you on the short leash so dont go out playin in traffic".
But my fave scene of the night was when Apollo Creed and that other ass clown and Vic raided the Rasta dudes drug apartment. That dude was funny as shit till he ran into the business end of a Vic Mackey straight right and got his chickletts dented up a bit. Vic squirming in the car while he was making those racial comments in front of Apollo was good stuff and his crack that sometime the handshakes between bruthas can take 10 minutes was classic too. OK, Im done, sorry for the rant but this show is TITS WIGGLIN to me. (that means very good..lol) Later folks...Flavo

A great, tense episode. It really made you think when Shane brought up Terry. Shane is right, under the circumstances, he did the same thing Mackey did. Mackey is being hypocritical. I haven't looked at Mackey that way since the first season. You forget sometimes that he was a cold blooded killer and never paid for his crime. And Shane will? I don't think so. Those two will eventually shoot it out.

I saw that right before the 6th season started but thanks anyway Furthur..Those flashbacks of Lem winning the arm wrestling contest were awesome.
Here's my take on what be happening..let me know if you think im on point or outta my mind..
First, when Hiatt said it was easier to get a face to face with someone between federal agencies, I think he slipped up a bit. Even when he said, yeah, Im not a fed anymore, there was a hint of sarcasm in it. I think he may still be a Fed still investigating Vic. But I also think he sees a GREAt Cop, yeah, maybe a Great Dirty Cop, but there is no doubting Mackeys skills with his dealings with the gangs. You can tell Hiatt is impressed. He sees a stand up dude who bends the rules to get results. He's always patting Vic on the back. He told Wymes maybe the rep that precceds Vic is just that, a bad rep. I feel he may be a intragal part of Vic being re-instated and at the same time I think he's gonna get Wymes either canned or demoted.
2nd, did anyone catch the part when Vic was telling the Father(city counsilman) of the slain whore/drug girl that he has a hearing coming up in a few weeks and I could use some help. The guy said, I look into it and see what I can do. Now as far as I know, THERE IS NO HEARING! Wymes made that up so Vic would play nice with Hiatt for a month, right? He's gonna snap when that guy gets back to hiim and says , what hearing, theres no hearing. Hows that gonna play?
And finally, I agree with Furthurman, I think Vic is being a hypocrit too. If we didnt know Shane was such a slimey wormy fucker, I would be 100% behind him when he said he stepped up for the team. But Vic, and I to a point, know this dude is a selfish, me first kinda guy. I havge a feeling Ronnie Gardocki is gonna step up and somehow rid Shane of his life. They better watch out though, with Mara knowing all she does, the shit could hit the fan. It usually does on the SHIELD...STILL A GREAT SHOW and the ending segment of last week was riviting with GREAT ACTING ONCE AGAIN!
Sorry for the rant but the SHIELD does that to me.. Peace..FLAV

Well, I guess we finally know that Danni's kid is Mackey's too! Although I don't remember them getting together except in the first season.
Who would have thought after all this time that Vic and Ronnie would be the last of the original Strike team? And Ronnie doesn't even know about Terry... yet.
Sometimes, I look back at the first episode and it seems like it didn't fit the series. Don't get me wrong it was a great first episode, one of the best I can think of, but it made mackey forever have that aspect of a cold blooded killer in him. The rest of the show is kind of about crazy actions but backed by a vital decision, and the original killing didn't seem to have that kind of urgency. Shane was always painted as having a rash attitude so that he would kill lem was surprising, but was reasonable. I think the writers are in a tough situation b/c I think your right based on that action he really isn't above shane, but if you look at the rest of the series he could be seen as more rational shane. Oh well, it should make for a great rest of the season, but they can't really paint Vic as that much better as shane.

That is a good theory... Hiatt's there as a fed investigating Vic! It could work - and if it is true, I think we'll find out soon.

Ok, now this is gonna be a good day. 1st, I get Furthurmans thumbs up on my Kevin Hiatt/Fed theory, which is golden to me because from the post Ive read here, HE IS one of the higher authorities on THE SHIELD! 2nd, I cant friggin wait to see whats gonna happen tonight between Vic and Shane. I hate the fact that there are only a few more episodes left, I cant even think that way. 12 hours til KICKOFF..WOOHOOO
ps. Funny lil story...I gave my friend Sharon a copy of Season 1 to watch this weekend. She always hears me talking about the show. Well that didnt take long... Lets just say shes HOOKED! Watched all 13 episodes in 2 days. Another Convert to the the SHIELD RELIGION! hahaha
Later people, I'll expect some feedback after the show..PEACE!

Shane's wife is so going to get him killed. Can a woman be more annoying?!
But Shane really stepped it up. What could Vic possibly do to him now?
Watching it last night I had an notion, based on flavopop's theory - what if Hiatt also had another reason to go after Vic - that he was a friend of Terry Crowely's... or even his brother!
OK, that might be a little over dramatic, but what a shocker that would be?
Two other great things: Julian taking that guy out when he was running. He's starting to show some balls... I guess they moved on from the whole self hating gay image he had for so long, or at least it hasn't been addressed this season.
And how funny was Billings' story on how he picked up chicks and then offered to help Dutch with women?! He is by far the best newly developed character the show has had in a while.

05-16-2007, 03:58 PM
Good call on Hiatt Furthur, imgine if it was Crowleys bro? Your right, that would be unreal. 6 years of runnign around that and BAMB, what a bombshell..great thought bro.
Mara=TWAT who cant keep her mouth shut, in fact..all the women last night had diareahha of the mouth..Mara , SHUT UP, Peg Bundy, SHUT UP, WYMES, SHUT UP, well at least Corrine finally wasnt on my last nerve.
What did you guys make of Hernan's dissapearence? Muerto , right? I think when Vic made that deal with that MExi dude and handed him the celly, I think the dude checked the lasty dialed number and saw it was from the residence where Hernan was staying. Just a thought...
Billings without a doubt is stealing alot of scenes this year, the dude has me rollin at least once a show. His I could teach ya a little about women line, and of course his story of how he trolled for the UCLA hotties was BRILLIANT! Billings went from big tyme LOSER in my eyes to a witty, pretty adequate Detective, who likes to make a little coin on company time. ( The Machines,..lol)
Lastly, real good episode, but was anyone having trouble following the story last night. AL the gangs were blurring into one for me, I gotta go back and watch one or two more times. Shane has it covered pretty good for the time being but Mara is gonna paint him into a corner with her big mouth.
Just one more idea for you guys to ponder and get back to me with...Can anyone see Shane getting back in Vic's good graces somehow and either saving his life or job, or both? I dont know if its plausible, but on the s=Shield, no one knows for sure!..LAter Folks! PEACE

I'm loving this show! It was last year's Shield thread that got me to download some episodes last summer. I got a torrent with all of Season 1 & ran through it in a weekend & couldn't wait for more. Wound up downloading & watching all 5 seasons by the end of the summer.
This year I was finally ready to watch along with the season, but between baseball & hockey playoffs, etc., I always seem to miss it. so I'm still downloading it. I realized something last night when I finally was channel surfing & happened upon FX at the right time for the Shield...Canada (I'm assuming) is at least one, maybe two, episodes ahead of the US. The episode that aired last night as "new" was one I downloaded & watched at least a week ago. So for anyone who's torrent-savvy & Jonesing for more, it's out there.
And if you're loving Billings & the way he's stirring the shit so far this season, he's setting up for a doozy in the next episode. I don't want to say much more because I'm a little blurry on where the last US-aired episode cuts off & don't want to accidentally list a spoiler...but this show f'n rocks.

I don't know if that could happen. Vic is pissed and he never forgets when he's wronged. And since there is only going to be one more season, I'm thinking Shane does get transferred, but then screws up on the new job. He gets caught doing something dirty, and might have to use Vic to get out. Vic finds out... then he's on the hunt to get him.
But an even bigger question is who Ronnie is going to side with. We know he is loyal to the Strike Team but do we really know who he'll back when his ass is on the line?

Ronnie being straight up with Vic!
"So that's why you killed Terry. You did what you had to do."
I was shocked he manned up to Vic - but he didn't come off as worried at all. He was confident. I think he has total faith in Vic and will stay with him.
Shane is going way overboard.
All Vic has to do is make it seem that Shane ripped off the Armenian money train and his problems are solved.
And once again Julian, showing some balls being the security guard in that gun store holdup. He's becoming part of the team - but can it last?
Only two episodes left!

Shane is so far over his head right now I can't see how he's going to survive next week. Someone is going down.
And how f'n cruel was Billings! Poor Dutch. He just kept staring through that window!
And Aceveda's "lapdog", as Vic called him, turned out to be a real scumbag didn't he? Where the hell did he get that picture? I thought Aceveda had that guy killed and got his phone? I dan't recall... that was .. what? two or three seasons ago?
Someone is getting shot next week. Someone on the strike team. Julian? His new tough guy attitude is so out of character for him, I'm thinking he'll be the shock of the finale.

Well, now we know how Vic will keep his job for one more season. Nice how they threw in that red herring about Vic blackmailing the Comptroller with the junkie daughter.
And the preview of Shane going after Vic's ex-wife and kids, it's going to get ugly. Now we will have to wait until March of next year to find out what happens.

Hey fellas, been away for a few but heres my spin....
First off, Furthurman, Aceveda's pickle chuggin contest took place in season 3. Thos clowns took cell phone pics that you just knew were gonna come back and bite Aholeveda in the ass one day. Good for him, he is such a slime!
I agree with everyone..I see a BLOODBATH for the Finale. I say Vic and Ronnie are the only two Strike Teamers standing at the end. Shane, poor, retarded, confused, hillbilly Shane. He's way over his head now. Did you see his face when he blurted out that Vic robbed the Money Train and she called him on it and said something to the effect of.."We must get them too and make an example of them". He was like, ugh ugh, no, I was just sayin, Vic isnt nice..lol I think he may have fudged his underoos on that one. Shane is probably goin down this week. I dont know who's gonna doit, Vic, Armenians, Ronnie, himself.. (DO I smell a Shane death pool starting, I take Shane-dead by Armenian hands)..lol)
One thing I think may happen and I may be way off base...As much as Vic and Shane are at odds right now, I cant see Shane hurting Vics family. The boy still has a man crush on Vic Mackey. The previews made it seem like he was kidnapping them, i see himprotecting them. Just a hunch.
I agree that Julian is a dark fish outta water onthe Strike Team, too much playin by the book for this dude, he is a good character though. I could see him gettin killed.
HyATT, went from totally Shiek to Totally GEEK in one week. I thought this dude was the real deal with his NO GUTS NO GLORY SPEECH 2 weeks ago. Next thing ya know, after an ass reaming by CCH Poundage, he's cowering under her skirt again. He dies this week too. Nice job in the interrogation room too, the guy laughed at him and Vic stormed out..lol
Billings is a riot but he may have pushed Dutch too far on this one.. We may forget Dutch has a bit of Pyscho gene... Remember he strangled that kitty a few seasons back just too see what the power felt like. He liked it, the cat was scratching his ass apart and he just kept squeezing. Were either gonna see Billings and Dutch throw down, or Dutch is gonna find out that Billings was behind all this and do him one better. Dutch is a pussy, but he is a brilliant Detective. Plus, Hyatt saw his pathetic face inthe window when he was giving Tina the ride of her life. (WHAT AN ASS ON THAT GIRL, SHES FINE!) If Hyatt is gone after this season, he is the luckiest member of this show since it started for that scene alone. I dug Tilly, my Nubian underage 1-9er hoodrat, but Tina dresses up and undresses up very nice...lol Anywho back to Dutch..Hes gonna get confronted by Hyatt for Peeping and then the truth is goona come together and Billings will be nailed.
I also think Tina may catch a bullet somewhere along the line too. Shes a horrible policewoman and now she thinks shes a celeb. Shes not gonna make it to the end of season 7.
Well, now Im ramblin Im all over the place. Man I cant wait for Tuesday, but then Im gonna puke knowing its over for a fucking year. Oh well, back to season 1 and start over...PEACE!

Truely the most disturbing scene I've ever seen on television. Then and since.

Dutch is on the edge and Billings prank just might do it! Probably beat the shit out of him in the Barn and have to be seperated by other officers.
The only I'm dreading more than the finale's ending is the "The Shield returns..." announcement after the credits. They could say "The Shield returns in 2009!" Ok, an exaggeration, but you know it's going to be a while.

Yeah Stizer, Im gonna hate the wait til season 7...Your right though, Rescue Me is a good show and I think there is a new one with Glenn Close coming on in July that didnt look half bad too. Im a fan of Close ever since season 4 when she kicked ass (and some Ass-a-Vedo) as Capt Monica Rawlings. I liked her character in the show, she understood what Vic was about, and gave him just enough leash to be effective. Her ideas were great for the city until Aceveda dicked her over...Man Im bummed its over..butno being bummed until we see the Finale.....It should ROCK!...

Yeah, the new Glenn Close show on FX actually does look pretty good. It's called Damage... doesn't hit til the end of July, so most likely as Rescue me is running toward it's season end. She's playing a hardaassed lawyer that goes after the good guys. Should be a decent premise. From what I understand she enjoyed her stay on FX for the Shield they built a show for her.

Well, I was right and wrong.. Right that Shane would protect the Mackey's, way wrong on the blood bath!
Good episode, I guess after making me cry like alittle girl when Lem got dusted in season 5's finale, they felt they couldnt match it with another one like that for season 6. I like the fact that there are about 5 different loose ends that need cleaning up in season 7. We got Vic/Ass-hole-veda teaming up for umpteenth time to take on the Mexi Mob, Vic vs Shane, Vic trying to get his job back, Shane vs Rezian and every Armenian alive, Duthman and Danny, and Billings and his lawsuit. Should keep us busy for awhile..lol
Bye bye to Hiatt, who turned into a half a sissy in the final two episodes. He tapped Tina's fine ass and then played it like a highschooler. I know it was against "policy" but damn, you keep that on the QT and work it again!
Im torn on the Vic/Acevedo team up again. Will there be solid trust this time around? Being that it is like the 5th time they have got together, Im thinking there might be this time.
I dont see how Vic just wont pump Shane full of lead next time he sees him. He didnt pull the trigger on Shane in season 4, I can't see him being talked outta this again. But they wouldnt have dug Shane such a hole with Rezian if he wasnt gonna linger around season 7 atleast for a little while, right? Boy, Shane is some character. He thinks he has Vic's skills of manipulation but it aint even close.. Vic plays both sides better than anyone, Shane flunked this course. He ends up BITCH BOY everytime! He's in way over his head this time! I believe hom when he says he killed Lem for everyone, thats why he couldnt stand to have Corrine and Cassidy's blood on hishands, he is the ultimate Character in Conflict!
Miracle Joe portion was nice. Just was there to show that these people are human afterall. Dutch and Danny sittin in a tree, K-I-S-S I...ok you get it. Good for Dutch, I think. I cringed when Tina said, HE DID HAVE A CHANCE, HE JUST NEVER TOOK IT!..OUCH DUTCHY!..lol
Great Episode, just didnt feel like a season finale...In retrospect, I do like that they didnt go for the topper. Season 5's ending will go down as the most intense show I have ever saw!
The wait is on, now I go back and start at season 1. If you dont have the back episodes on DVD you need to invest in them, they are great even the 2nd time around! I just got my niece hooked on it. I burned season one for her and she is now offically a fan! lol
If anyone wants to see the 1st 5 seasons, but doesnt want to drop 200 hundy doing it, I could burn them all for you for a good deal! Or, you could order netflix, I think its on there too!
Anywho..thanx for posting about the show all season, I enjoyed reading all your takes and opinions! Have a great offseason and please post if you hear any NEWS on possible dates for Season 7. Thanks again, Ronnie P

Great call flavopop on Shane trying to protect.
But yea, no bloodbath. I got real worried when Haitt, Julian and Ronnie went to break up the gang initiation. I felt Ronnie was going to get hit.
But how awesome was Mackey walking away from his review? I thought for sure the bullets were going to start flying... but that deal he made with Aceveda was a great one. As much as a scumbag Aceveda is, he can be used to bring down bigger ones.
And Billings!! After cracking us up all season all of the sudden with that bullshit lawsuit? For what? Millions of dollars for a headache? That was a big f-you to the barn.
And I guess there was one loss - Haitt. I though his departure was a bit sudden too. I was suprised how disappointed Claudette was in him. She seemed to jump the gun a bit.
But nonetheless, a great ending. I'm suprised Shane is still alive but with one last season to go... it's going to be a wild ride.
