During the first therapy segment last night, R&F had the following exchange:

quote:

Ron: Remember we had that producer, that woman that everybody thought, that me and you thought was nice, but then we found out that she was raging against the interns and the other producers.

Fez: Yeah. When she finally got sent through the door escorted by security…

Ron: Yeah.

Fez: …the other producers came to us, and were like “Ding dong, the witch is dead. She used to like grab our shirts and threaten us out in the hallway”

Ron: What did she do to get fired? I don’t even remember what she crossed the line with. It was something insane.

Fez: Yeah. Uh. Oh, she went on the air and started bashing Springsteen or something like that.

Ron: Oh, no, she defended Springsteen when O&A were fighting with him…

Fez: Oh, that’s right, yeah.

Ron: …but that isn’t what got her fired. It was something with one of the bosses. She went after one of the bosses almost physically.

Fez: Oh yeah. She went after Schwab. That’s who it was. That makes perfect sense now.

Anybody have any idea who they are talking about? The references to O&A and Craig Schwab indicate that this occurred during their tenure at WNEW (and my guess is that it was during the dot com days). The only female producer I remember is Tasteless Ginny (who was still gainfully employed by WNEW after the station flipped).

Ron & Fez Show Log; Daily News Scratch N' Match is the Devil
The Music Mikey Likes Show on RadioBBQ, weekdays 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Now with new theme song by BoBoGolem

Was she the same as "The Producer Who Produces Results"?

My experience with Hannah was that she had major boundary issues. The first time I met her, she was all over me.

Mikey and I, in deep discussion, may have figured it out.

When R&F said "We" had a producer, they may have meant WNEW on a whole, where they needed producers/board ops for not just R&F, but D&M, Leykis, Love Phones, etc. Since they are remote board ops, they don't get on the air. Perhaps that's it - an unknown entity.

I'll check OAvirus for any on-air Springsteen discussion bits.

I thought Hannah was just some nutjob caller who WANTED to be a producer.

Nah...the only one Al ever went at physically was Randy...and that was with love in his eyes. Shit, Al wasn't even physically intimidating with boxing gloves on.

When was this?

(Donna is a known Drama queen and she's been bouncing in and out of the Radio Info message boards, stirring up shit. Known nutty girl... she's had some issues at other stations in Jersey)

Donna was the producer before me. While I may be nutty, I never did bad things to Craig Schwalb.
