Crashed my work computer.

<p>OH man, has anyone done this?&nbsp; I'm not quite sure what I did to it, and NO IT WAS NOT PORN OR FILE SHARING.&nbsp; Honestly.&nbsp; The garage I sit at is not the place for that shit, and I'd get seen.&nbsp; Plus, I don't really have the urge to look at any lovely ladies with air guns and generators running in the background.</p><p>My laptop at my desk runs Windows 98 just to let you know.&nbsp; But anyway, all of a sudden I got like 4 Blue Screens of Death in a row.&nbsp; Uh oh.&nbsp; Then I restarted it and the screen would refresh like it was doing something every few seconds.&nbsp; Great.&nbsp; So I checked the running processes, but I don't know what the fuck is supposed to be running.&nbsp; So I disconnected it from the network just in case there was a chance of infecting the other comps and tried to run Adware.&nbsp; It resets itself running Adware.&nbsp; Marevlous.&nbsp; So I had no choice but to bite the bullet and tell someone.&nbsp; I told my manager.&nbsp; So the boss of the company had to come down and mess with my laptop.</p><p>He was actually very cool where I thought he was gonna bitch me out.&nbsp; I mean he did tell me to be more careful where I surfed on the net, but he could have yelled at me.&nbsp;&nbsp;I mean I did it, it's my computer.&nbsp; I use it all day.&nbsp; He stayed like 2 hours running Spy Sweeper and cleaning out shit from the programs.&nbsp; It seems to be working like it did before.</p><p>So my question is has anyone totally fucked up their work computer and been held responsible for it?&nbsp; Any good or bad stories? </p><p>And also, HOW in the hell did I get infected visiting the same sites on break and lunch that I visit at home?&nbsp; I post from work, check news sites, look at eBay on occasion.&nbsp; How did this happen?&nbsp; That's just a side note to all this.</p>
