Did I tear my rotator cuff?

I was weight lifting two days ago.  Yesterday I didn't feel any of the usual muscle soreness that comes with a good workout, but today my left shoulder is killing me.  It feels deeper than the muscle, and only really hurts when I move my arm into certain positions.  Could I have torn my rotator cuff, and if so, are there any cheap treatments for it (I have no insurance)?

rest and ice, then put heat on it after 72 hours

<p><font size="1">Which motion is bother you? </font></p><p>When I rotate my arm, the point from the top of the rotation to almost the bottom (lets say 12 o'clock to 7 o'clock), with the worst pain being at about&nbsp;8 o'clock.</p><p>Maybe its just tendonitis?</p>

<p>Thanks Jenny, you rock hard.</p><p>According to that, it could be a rotator cuff injury.&nbsp; Hopefully if i rest it, it'll heal itself.</p>
