Content enabler

My father thought he'd be cute cause he got upset me me and he turned on the content thingy so I cant go on the net without typing in a password. he did thins once befire and I found out the password through a keylogger program. The dumbass still didnt change it so I turned it off and then I changed the password. The only problem is, my password isnt working now. Granted the content password isnt on but he's kinda pissed. Can you do a system restore to a few days ago to undo something like that?
