<p>Does anyone know the rules of satellite radio&nbsp;when it comes to putting people's voices on the air?</p><p>Do they need to be told they are &quot;on the air&quot;?</p><p>I'm not talking about callers calling in...I'm talking about people who are unaware of the show/situation.</p>

I believe that is an FCC regulation, but there is no FCC in space... </font></p><p><font color="#990000" size="2">I bet that for legal reasons, XM and Siruis have similar policies in place for taking calls on the radio. Just so they don't get sued. But there shouldn't be any issue of fines for putting someone on the air without telling them they are on a radio show.</font></p><a href="http://www.xmradio.com/"><img src="http://scripts.cgispy.com/image.cgi?u=skw" border="0" /></a>
