<p>I just got some new material from Hypocrisy and I'll be GODDAMNED if everything they do isn''t fucking awesome.&nbsp; It just seems EVERY album they put out is more powerful and METAL then the last.&nbsp; Amazing musicians.</p><p>Anyone else have a band like this with a near or completely flawless record of being good every album?</p>

<p>Probably not something you'd be into, but at least you'd respect that they always put out some fine crafted albums with no chance of any radio play and they know it.&nbsp; </p><p>Another one for me is Snow Patrol.&nbsp; For some reason people love to call this band a pussy band, but that's a bunch of bullshit.&nbsp; I've actually partied with them twice after their shows in NYC, as they always book a gig doing some unique DJ work at clubs when in town.&nbsp; They love the city and are a bunch of cool dudes.&nbsp; And holy shit can they drink!&nbsp; But then again they are firery Irish lads.&nbsp; There music and lyrics are pretty tight too.</p>

<p>Good vocals I agree, but I'm not a fan of the first few albums at all.&nbsp; Very jam band like, without any form.&nbsp; They just keep going.&nbsp; The second to last album was my fav though.&nbsp; I hate to follow the crowd here but it is a good one.</p>

I have to agree with you here mojo.&nbsp; Even with&nbsp;my favorite bands, most have an album I'm not really into, or at least not up to the standards I've set for them.&nbsp; For me a great example would be Our Lady Peace.&nbsp;&nbsp;I love all their cds by comparison to what's out there, but their last cd produced by that fucking tool Bob Rock (you know he's a tool just by the fake name) was terrible.&nbsp; Still better than most shit out there, but crap compared to Spiritual Machines, Naveed, Clumsy or Happiness is a Fish.&nbsp; Not even close.

would have to mention Pelican though. They are just flat out amazing
and intense as anything. They keep getting better and better.</p><p>Maybe even Ween too.</p><p>At
The Gates was pretty damn solid. Now all the bands that spurned after
the breakup like The Crown and The Haunted are pretty together too.
Those Death/Thrash bands from Gotenburg are pretty good all around.
Darkest Hour is doing its best to keep it going in the States.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>It doesn't have to be JUST metal, but to keep the metalness going, I haven't heard anything from Lamb of God that sucks yet.&nbsp; Great band.</p><p>And just in rock, it's hard to find a bad Aerosmith album.&nbsp; Even those 80's albums where they were breaking up and trying to get off the drugs still have a few decent songs on them that make the albums worth at least picking up.</p>

In fact, I think I like each record a little more than the one before it.</p><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v355/tucker71/fezident.jpg" border="0" /> &quot;Jam out with your clam out&quot; <font color="#000000">This message was edited by fezident on 7-25-05 @ 10:52 AM</font> I totally disagree fezD!&nbsp; I've seen them so many times and they have always been really tight with almost perfect vocals.&nbsp; Some people don't like his voice and I understand it might not be for everyone.&nbsp; However, I've never heard of anyone who love his recorded work as much as you yet hated his vocals live.&nbsp; How many shows did you see?&nbsp; If it was one, or they opened for a bigger band perhaps you just caught a bad show.&nbsp; Also, on&nbsp;the last album Mr. Rock totally reined in Raine (his real name as he is part native american, hence the name of their first album).&nbsp; To me this took away a lot of what made his vocals so unique.&nbsp; And the loss of the lead guitarist was a huge hit.&nbsp; Sure the new kid can play some rifs here and there, but he couldn't even hold the original lead's guitar strap.&nbsp; The old lead has stated he left bc of Bob Rock and the new direction of the band.&nbsp; Bob Rock was the producer who pussed out Metallica in order for them to make some cash.&nbsp; Not totally a bad thing, but he sacrifices a lot of what made these bands great in the past just to make their songs ultra radio friendly.&nbsp; Which I could give a flying fuck about.<br />
