Astronomers at the California Institute of Technology have discovered what they believe is the 10th and most distant planet in our solar system, a ball of rock about twice as big as Pluto and about three times as far out.The new object, temporarily called 2003 UB313, is currently at its farthest distance from the sun, about 97 times the distance between the sun and Earth.Welcome Aboard!<img height="172" src="http://media.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/photo/2005/07/30/PH2005073000404.jpg" width="228" border="0" />But 2003 UB313 is weak.  How about 2005 XM202?<a href="http://www.boston.com/news/nation/articles/2005/07/30/astronomy_team_reports_discovery_of_10th_planet/" target="_self">Story</a>

That shit aint a planet. In fact, the only reason Pluto should even be considered as a planet is because it's orbit sometimes comes inside of Neptunes orbit. These rocks out there should just be considered <a title="Kuiper belt" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/Kuiper_belt">Kuiper belt object</a>s.

The Sumerians knew over 5,000 years ago there was a 10th planet.  Old hat. we've used up most of the roman names, which is why they've been going with other god, like Sedna and such. and this, much like pluto aren't truely planets anyway. We have 8 planets.
