I like how MikeyMAN answered promptly, and didn't argue that he's not garbage.

MooCow is way too annoying. But I checked out his website a year or 2
ago and looked at all the hot babes and celebs of yesteryear. Some were
remarkable, enticing, and some others were just ok.

My guess is that WJFK will tread water until Howard leaves.

At which point they will either implode and go to all music other then D&M

or

They re-shuffle the programs

Junks in the morning

Ed Norris w/ Big O and Dukes

D&M

then who knows

Ah,man...here I thought this was about the 7-11 that was across the street from WJFK in Fairfax. So many happy memories there...from running into Lazlo getting his biggest Gulp refill prior to Turduken night, to running into Beth Ann McBride and her teenage daughter, and giggling to myself because I couldn't help but remember when Fez called them "the box set" during his drinking with Don and Mike.

Sigh.......

Speaking of Rosenberg... I heard a bit of his show last night. He said his grandfather was Julius! I don't think he was kidding.

I get the feeling WJFK is really going to give him a shot, and he seems willing to mix up what is normally on these kind of show. Last night he started the show with his former teacher, who is also a respected author and Washington Post columnist, and it sounded like the potential for an interesting discussion. It's always so tough to try something new - I think the only show they could have plugged in and I wouldn't have minded too much would have been The Hideout.

Maybe TPRS will grow on me like The Hideout. That wasn't an overnight sale for me either, so who knows.

The Rosenberg boys had their name legally changed when they were adopted by the Maypols, after their their parents went to the Dancehall in 1953.

I say sweeping the pockets of the Dutchman was not Mob business!

Not to sound like hoo hoo - but I invented calling the Rosenberg show TPRS -

Despite them being on against me now, and my attempts to start a radio war for publicity, they have a great show. By great, I mean - very entertaining TO ME.

Thanks for the nice words about Peter Rosenberg Show (CircusFreak et al-- the words weren't as nice about a month or so ago!). I'm a friend of the guys, and I am the webmaster over at http://www.peterosenberg.com.

I really liked Ron and Fez when they were on (waiting for XM), and the Hideout as well, I was a lurker on both message boards, so when TRPS got to be daily, I decided to make a board over there, to try to foster some sort of community like you have here, and at the Hideout when it was in DC. Its admittedly a shameless rip off of both boards, but it serves its purpose. Feel free to jump in, just dont troll! I will have to moderate your ass....

Both the show (and the site, especially) are in its infancy. I think the guys are doing a VERY decent job, having been dropped into the fire on a moments notice, and I enjoy the show a ton. It matures every day. Thanks again for listening!
