making custom ringtones

<p>anybody into this?&nbsp; i've been playing with mobile music polyphonic, but i can't seem to reduce the high and low ends.&nbsp; any recommendations for experimentation. maybe some tips or other programs.</p><p>i'm not too familiar w/ audio, and am wondering if there's any techniques for cleaning up or normalizing files.</p>
