Little House is now on weeknights at 8 on TV Land. One of my favorite shows, ever. Just wondering if any of the other old members like myself is/was a fan of the show, or at least, will admit to it.

i won't say i was a fan, but my sisters watched it growing up and i enjoyed a few episodes. like the one where the attacker that looked like a mime showed up. or those classic softball games.

This is one of those shows that I absolutely should have seen while growing up (everyone my age that I know watched it), but for some reason I don't think I've ever seen a full episode.

I've seen it before, but don't remember jack squat about it because it's been so long. I don't think it was a bad show, just not that great.

The mime-rapist episode was awesome. Everyone thought Albert knocked up that girl, Sylvia, and he was so insulted and disgusted that people thought they were bumpin' uglies. Last night we watched the episodes where Albert accidentally burned down the blind school, killing Alice Garvey and Mary's baby. Jonathan Garvey became an alcoholic and Charles was able to "cure" him with a 5 minute talking-to.

When the little girl is running down the hill during the opening credits, I would always "shoot" her right before she fell.

We really are twins Jenn!

I watched 2 episodes on Saturday night, the very first 2 episodes of the series and I was so excited to see it would be on every night.

I even thought of starting a thread about it but I didn't think that many people liked it. I can't wait until Mary goes blind and marries the blind guy. And I HATE Nellie and Mrs. Olsen, she's such a bitch.

Aggie, I had a feeling you'd like Little House! We were definitely separated at the vag. TJ, maybe we can re-enact the episode where Nellie and Laura mudwrestle over Almonzo.

Albert's character sucked. I loved when they killed him off. Mr Edwards was my favorite. I loved how he used to just disgust Mrs Oleson.
Find me on MySpace and be my friend! Phenomenal!

One funny episode was when Laura was trying to get some guy's attention, and thought he wasn't noticing her because she had no rack. So one day she stuffed her dress with apples, and while she was at the chalkboard doing a math problem, an apple fell out onto the floor. what an ass.

Did anyone watch the TV Landon marathon this past weekend? They had back to back Little House, Bonanza and Highway to Heaven episodes for 72 hours straight.
I absolutely loved Michael Landon as Mr. Ingalls. He was the perfect dad. I think the early shows were the best. It got weird in the later seasons, and I missed a lot of those anyway because I was a teenager by then and had discovered alcohol.

Albert's character sucked. I loved when they killed him off.

No, wait -- didn't he become morphine addict when he was living in the city? Charles (during the grey-hair era) brought him back to Walnut Grove and, using Edwards' cabin, helped Albert quit cold turkey? At the end they said he eventually became a doctor.
