<p>Let me throw in a legal argument here. Why doesn't some Gay rights
group simply challenge the definition of legal marriage (Man and woman)
under the &quot;Equal protection&quot; clause of the constitution? Gay people are
allowed to form legal corporations, File lawsuits, do every other legal
arrangement imaginable. But they're not allowed to form a legal
marriage? Why not? </p><p>BTW-Nobody's forcing anybody's CHURCH to
either recognize or perform these marriages. Your Church can marry
whoever it sees fit, its called seperation of church and state. These
are just &quot;go down to City Hall&quot; arrangements. <br />

I am more concerned that California becaseu of the Mexican (and i won't be politically correct and call them Hispanic) population and important vote have decided to issue illegal aliens special liscenses that denote they are illegal aliens.&nbsp; Did i miss something?&nbsp; If they are illegal aliens and go for a US issued document shouldn't we be deporting these guys.&nbsp; Seriously how do we justify giving known illegal immigrants the ability to drive here.&nbsp;

economy of his state. schwarzenegger was elected because of his promise
to fix the situation. if the situation was so severe that the governor
was removed from office, i'd say that isparamount, not gay
