Cannot Enter Foundry Chat

Yo, Jeff. I have a Mac, and when I try to enter the chat room with either Netscape 4.7 or 6.0 or 6.1, it tells me I need a plug in. When I click the link, I get "404 Error!" and it says it does not exist on the site. If I try to enter with Inernet Explorer, my computer just locks up.

I am a complete nincompoop when it comes to this shit, so please keep it as simple as humanly possible. Thanks.
