<p>Just saw this on the dentist's site.</p><p>Howard Stern announced this morning that Bubba the Love Sponge will be on his Sirius Channel 100. He said that the channel will be a haven for those that have been fired from terrestrial radio due to content. </p><p>I guess the Greaseman is next.&nbsp; I am SO glad I got XM.</p>

On Friday's show Stern was talking about how he wants to get people who have had run ins with the FCC (&quot;The enemy of my enemy is my friend&quot;) on Sirius (he has 3 stations to program). Baba Booey mentioned that he looked at the list of shows Stern was looking at and said &quot;You might end up with an entire station of people who have trashed you or hate you.&quot; Stern just laughed that off, and Gary added, &quot;People would be VERY surprised by some of the names on the list.&quot; Howard just repeated he's looking for people whose careers have been hurt by the FCC crackdown (which include everyone), and has nothing to do if they kiss his ass or not. ~ The cynic can look at it and point out that Stern just wants to lord over control over the shows that bash him. Also, what shows HAVEN'T bashed him? (aside from The Hideout or The Junkies) and what shows aren't hampered by the FCC crackdown? That could fill up all of Sirius. ~ It is interesting, tho, to speculate on the shows Gary was talking about. I'm guessing that the shows would be shows that Howard has actually feuded with - Debella, The Greaseman, Mancow, Don and Mike, Mark and Fucking Brian! Eeesh. There's a winning team! ~ From a business stand point, I would actually not be surprised if Howard had the XM people look into whether or not O&amp;A were available. Would not surprise me one bit, even with all the bashing that has taken place.&nbsp;

bubba had some good bits when he was on 98rock. it's odd that these two
would join up, since stern accused bubba of being a stern clone, a few

<p>Bubba is actually a pretty funny dude.&nbsp; Spent time hanging with him in Tampa a couple years back, very nice, funny guy.&nbsp; His crutch is that he is tight with Hulk Hogan, and uses him far too much on his show.&nbsp; I am a wrasslin mark, and even I got tired of hearing about &quot;Terry&quot; as Bubba calls him to show they are tight.&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>But him and Macho man going at it on the air shoot-style never got old.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Good for stern, not a bad idea at all.</p>

Most stations pay the most to one show, because that's where the revenue is generated from. The rest of the shows are never really equal financially. WJFK is odd in that they have had two shows that bring in buckets of cash, that they have to pay a ton out to as well.&nbsp;</div>
