<p>Ron or Fez or Earl or whoever uses the computer (I think its usually Ron?) could just turn on ghost mode for instant messages and still be signed on, reading emails.</p><p>Speaking of which, is it Ron who uses the computer during off hours? I see 'Ron and Fez' sign on usually in late afternoon/night and have tried to IM them once or twice without much luck.&nbsp; Whoever it is must get swamped.<br /></p>

I think that thy all ,including interns can look at various screens if they want to.I think Black Earl sometimes gives the others heads up when one email satnds out.Ron claims that he's the multi-tasker who has the nervous energy to keep an eye on emails.He's the one who complained the most about my abuse of sending way too many emails,since I never used Instant messenger(I hate those things).Fez2000 cut me off when I kept telling him to be careful of his physical and mental health(when he complained of overwhelming bad dreams and sleep discomfort).But worst of all I asked him to make up with mikey D,and that was the last straw.He wanted no more emails from me on that private email,especially since I'd often send Mars pics of fossils and live animals.....very tough to see and frustrating if you can't.So I was cluttering his email capability.If you email a lot,make sure they find it interesting.I try to average 5-10 emails per day,but even that's excessive.I try to stick to ONE-LINERS so it's not too distracting.Rarely whole paragraphs or even rarely anything more than topic line(no body in the email)slowing them down or getting ignored.It's very funny sometimes when they mumble your name or the punch line of what you just sent ,half a minute later,pointint it out to others on the show.And they may not laugh out loud but you hear it in their voices as they get the joke,unmentionable.Down side if you send too much they'll say so.

I loved the&nbsp; IM feature. I could make Photoshop pics during the show and Ron would show Fezzie right away - goodtimes :)
